Before you print
- Bleed. The supplied PDFs are at trim size (54 × 85.6 mm) with a dashed cut guide 2 mm outside. If you print direct-to-card on pre-cut CR80 blanks, print over the edge and ignore the guide. If you print then cut, tell us — we will re-supply at 60 × 91.6 mm with 3 mm bleed.
- Scale. Output at 100%. Do not fit to page or auto-scale.
- Photos. Each employee photo is embedded in their PDF. Do not re-crop — the fade at the right edge is intentional.
- Proof. One printed sample for approval before the full run.
